Through lecture and hands-on labs, you will successfully install the SBCE, support Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking, and administer remote SIP telephone users. In addition, you will perform packet captures, call traces, fault isolation activities, and other maintenance related tasks on the SBCE.
